Return Policies

Lola Boutique strives for top notch customer satisfaction on all of our items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 21 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and purchased on our site in exchange for store credit only.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Any merchandise marked “SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Body suits are final sale.
  • Bralettes are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • All original tags must be attached.

***Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defective and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.

Defective Item:

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at sales@lola-boutique.com within 3 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of you receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

Return Center:

To process a return,

  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you continue.
  2. Simply send an email to sales@lola-boutique.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will reach out to you within 24-48hrs.
